Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 se llevó el GOTY en The Game Awards 2025

El mundo gamer celebró este jueves 11 de diciembre a los ganadores de The Game Awards 2025, el evento más esperado por esta comunidad, en donde premia la excelencia y la innovación en la industria de los videojuegos.

Siendo la gala gamer más importante del año, el evento organizado por Geoff Keighley presentó una noche llena de estatuillas doradas a las más de 20 categorías, a las que se suman reconocimientos a los influencers y jugadores de esports más destacados del año.

Ganadores de The Game Awards 2025

El indiscutible ganador de The Game Awards 2025 este año fue sin duda Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, que se convirtió en el juego más laureado de la noche con nada más y nada menos que preciado GOTY, reconocimiento otorgado al codiciado Juego del Año 2025. Asimismo, obtuvo los premios a: «Mejor Dirección«, «Mejor Narrativa«, «Mejor Banda Sonora» así como los galardones de categorías Indie.

Clair Obscur es un JRPG francés de fantasía y narrativa profunda que, de acuerdo a las críticas, estableció un nuevo estándar en los que se refiere a los RPG por turnos —mismo género al que pertenece Baldur’s Gate 3, ganador del GOTY en 2023— ganándose el cariño de los jugadores.

Por este motivo, se consideraba uno de los favoritos a ganar este 2025, obteniendo la mayor cantidad de nominaciones en la historia de The Game Awards con un total de 12 candidaturas, superando el récord previo que The Last of Us Part II estableció en 2020.

Por su parte, el esperado Hollow Knight: Silksong se llevó el premio a «Mejor Juego de Aventura«, mientras que Hades 2 fue el ganador de la categoría «Mejor Juego de Acción» de The Game Awards 2025.

Además, durante The Game Awards 2025 hubo un guiño a la inmensa expectación que genera, Grand Theft Auto VI se convirtió en el ganador del premio a Most Anticipated Game, un recordatorio de que, a pesar de los triunfos actuales, el hype por el futuro sigue siendo el motor de la industria.
