Hoy, martes 15 de julio, se anunciaron los nominados Emmy 2025, marcando el inicio oficial de la cuenta regresiva hacia la 77ª edición de los Premios Primetime.

Desde el Teatro Wolf del Saban Media Center en Los Ángeles, Harvey Guillén (actor de What We Do in the Shadows) y Brenda Song (la estrella de Running Point) fueron los encargados de revelar en vivo la esperada lista, junto al presidente de la Academia de Televisión Cris Abrego. La transmisión de los nominados al Emmy 2025 también estuvo disponible vía streaming a través de su portal oficial.

Como principal novedad de este año, el comediante Nate Bargatze se estrenará como anfitrión de la gala. Además, dos categorías clave fueron reveladas anticipadamente durante la emisión del programa CBS Mornings.

Cuándo será la gala de los Emmy 

La ceremonia tendrá lugar el próximo 14 de septiembre en el Teatro Peacock de Los Ángeles. La ceremonia completa será transmitida en los Estados Unidos a través de la señal de CBS, a partir de las 8 p.m. ET.

Nominados al Emmy 2025

Severance encabeza la lista como la serie con mayor cantidad de nominaciones al Emmy 2025, sumando 27 categorías entre las que se incluyen  Mejor Serie Dramática, Mejor Actriz Principal en una Serie Dramática (Britt Lower), Mejor Actor Principal en una Serie Dramática (Adam Scott) y Mejor Guión.

Muy de cerca, se encuentra The Penguin con 24 nominaciones, seguido por The Studio con 23 aspiraciones. Por su parte, The Last of US, cuenta con 17 nominaciones, incluyendo las de Mejor Serie Dramática, Mejor Actriz Principal en una Serie Dramática (Bella Ramsey) y Mejor Actor Principal en una Serie Dramática (Pedro Pascal).

Otras series importantes como Star Wars: Andor aspiran a 14 premios, mientras que Black Mirror ha sido nominada a 10, entre ellos, el de Mejor serie limitada o antológica.
